§ 20 characters per line (this includes spaces and punctuations).

§ Please make sure your engraving information is spelled correctly.

§ If you are sponsoring more than one brick, please grab another form.

§ Bricks will be ordered in lots of 100 and will be laid accordingly. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

§ When your brick is placed, you will be contacted via mail to inform you of the approximate location of the brick. An acknowledgement certificate will be sent to the contact person listed in the appropriate form.
